Refunds
Personalised Items:
Due to our products being personalised, we cannot offer returns. Anything that’s made to your specific needs, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element is not eligible for a refund.
Non-Personalised:
Our aim is to provide you with high quality, practical and long-lasting products that you love. We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes it might not be right and if you do need to return an item we will offer a refund or exchange.
We ask that all items are returned to us with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Items purchased during the Sale must be returned within 14 days.

Personalised Text:
We use the text that you provide, it is important that you check all the details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent for product personalisation.
Personalised Prints:
It is your duty to read the product description to make sure you understand what you are receiving. All of our personalised prints are made to order, therefore each print will look a little bit different.
Damages and issues
Personalised Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns on personalised items, but if there is something wrong with your order, please email us photos and we will have a new one sent out to you.
