Our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, if you do not recieve your order within 14 working days please email info@wilburandpeach.com and we will look into this for you. Our standard delivery does not come with tracking.

Sadly we are unable to accept returns for personalised items.

Most of the time our items arrive safe and sound, however occasionally our items can get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email info@wilburandpeach.com with photos of the damage. If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement.

Please email info@wilburandpeach.com if you wish to return a non-personalised items. Items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use.
